Former Ukraine Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Oleg Rybachuk, has just publicly stated "Ukraine can start the production of its own nuclear weapons if the West and NATO do not fulfill their obligations to us."
He went on to also say "We can technically and realistically start production, somewhat reminiscent of Israel, which said that they do not have nuclear weapons, but if necessary, we will launch an appropriate nuclear attack on the aggressors."
